Blue Monday is often dubbed the saddest day of the year — but this year, the British Millinery Association is choosing to pause, breathe, and reset together.

Join us for a calming and uplifting live Zoom wellness session led by Sarah Humphrey from Temple Spa, an award-winning British brand inspired by the Mediterranean way of life.

Temple Spa believes your body is a living temple — to be honoured, nurtured, and enjoyed. With over 25 years of expertise bringing together derma-scientists and artisan herbalists, their philosophy focuses on skin, body and soul, helping you find small daily “pockets of peace”.

This session has been curated especially for creatives and makers — a gentle pause during a busy winter season.

What to Expect

In this approximately 30-minute interactive session, Sarah will guide us through simple wellbeing techniques you can easily repeat at home or in your studio, including:

  • A refreshing neck ritual using the iconic “Aaahhh” balm

  • A soothing hot-cloth neck treatment for instant tension relief

  • Gentle head and foot exercises

  • Guided breathing using an inhalation essence for clarity and energy

  • A calming tonic mist for cool, mindful refreshment

  • Aromatherapy cream applied to pulse points and temples, paired with breathwork and relaxation

No experience needed — just a quiet space and permission to pause.
